OVERVIEW

• Dr. Arthur F. Grand is President and Owner of Grand Fire Consulting, Fletcher, North Carolina (near Asheville). He serves as a consultant to industry and government agencies on fire-related, non-litigation matters, and as a consultant and expert witness in litigation.
• Trained as a chemist, Dr. Grand has over 30 years experience in fire and flammability research and testing, including 14 years of expert witness work, dealing with the following issues:
